gesture study

I picked up the book Force Dynamic life drawing for Animators by Michael D. Mattesi which I found very interesting in giving drawings more well.. Life. Also it works for me seeing that I have try and learn this stuff myself with  no life drawing classes available I'll happily take what I can get.
I did some scribbles trying to get the feel of it but I still need alot more practice till I really get it.
